Alabama congressman Spencer Bachus blamed Sarah Palin for the GOP's inability to capture the Senate in the midterms. Bachus, who is known as one of the most conservative members of the Alabama congressional delegation, has certainly not sided with the insurgent Tea Party.
This is only one of the first feuds that will break out during the next two years between establishment Republican representatives and insurgent 'Tea Partiers'. Only time will tell if the Tea Party has helped or hurt the Republican Party down the stretch.
